Here in this Post I'm going tell you what is HTML and why we use HTML what it do.

  • HTML stands for Hyper Text Markup Language
  • You can create your own Website by using HTML.
  • Learning HTML is very easy you can learn basics of HTML in very less time.

HTML is a markup language which describe web pages.

  • HTML is NOT a programming language, it is a Markup Language
  • A markup language have it's set of of markup tags.
  • and HTML uses markup tags to describe web pages, that's why it is called as Markup Language not the Programming Language.

By Using Markup tags we can guide a browser how to display the content. We can decide everything, like text size what to display, where to display, and many more.

A Simple HTML document is called as Web Page.

Example:
HTML markup looks like following:

<body>
<h1>A Heading in Webpage Displayed Like This..!</h1>
<p>A Paragraph is displayed by using these tags.</p>
</body>
</html>

When a Browser render this html code it will display this as following ways.
